The Deaconate Board are assistants to the Pastor's needs pertaining to the spiritual and well being of the membership.  The Deaconate Board also provides communion for the congregation and the sick and shut in members of the church. Inquire on the well being of the membership with phone calls, cards and visits. The Deaconate Board meets the Tuesday before 1st Sunday at 6:30pm.

Praise Teams

Adult Praise - Robert Short Jr. 
 

The Music Department's mission is to minister praise, worship and devotion through song. Through music the soul and spirit reachs out to God and center our thoughts on God. To become a member of a choir within the Music Department, please contact Minister of Music, Robert Short Jr.

The Board of Trustees are entrusted to maintaining the property of the church including but not limited to grounds keeping, cleanliness of the church and repairs as needed.  The Trustees also oversee revenues and distributions of funds necessary for the church.  The Trustee Board meets once a month on the second Tuesday of the month. Members of the Trustee Board are elected by the church congregation at an annual business meeting.

The Salt and Light Ministry was established to bring the love of Jesus Christ into the community by helping meet the needs of the community through direct service.  The ministry has provided services with clothing giveaways, meals, disaster relief, nursing and neighborhood visiting, greeting, and fellowshipping with the people of our community.

We endeavor to let the community know that Bethany Baptist Church care about our community

We welcome new participants to attend our monthly meeting on the 2^nd Saturday of the month at 10:00am.

The Golden Hearts ministry for seasoned members 55 and older meets every 4th Saturday of the month in the Community Room @ 1:00pm from September to June—recess in July and August.  

Our Nurse's Ministry consisting of RN's have been diligent in ensuring the safety of our congregation and community.  

Bethany's Nurse's Ministry now have an on-site Nurse's Station (off the Narthex) available every Sunday during Morning Worship Service. The Nursing Station is available for those in attendance if they should need to take medications or feeling ill etc.
